- Our money back guarantees also apply to product purchased through MenoMe®’s subscription service. The date of purchase is the date your credit card was first charged.

Terms and Conditions
Request your refund within 60 or 90 days from the date of purchase by contacting us at email@example.com. It will help if you have your invoice number handy. Otherwise, your name and address will do.
For purchases made through our subscription service (continuous automatic monthly shipments), contact us within 60 or 90 days from the date of your first purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org. A refund will be issued to the credit card on file that is associated with your program membership. Please note that a request for a refund will result in the cancellation of your membership in the subscription service for the product. As a result, we will cease all future automatic shipments.
Refunds are for the product only and do not include freight.
We will process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving your claim.
