This money back guarantee is valid for one (1) refund per person/household.
This money back guarantee applies to 40+ 60 capsule bottle purchases made via meno-me.co.nz but of course, does not apply to free promotional product or samples – these are yours to keep!
This money back guarantee also applies to 40+ purchased through Meno-Me’s subscription service, but is limited to 40+ received by you in one (1) monthly shipment only. The date of purchase is the date your credit card was charged.
This money back guarantee does not apply to 40+ you have received in more than one (1) shipment or to multiple shipments of the same product.
This money back guarantee does not apply to 40+ 120 capsule bottle.
Now for the nitty-gritty details.
Terms and Conditions
Refund for the one-time purchase of a single individual package of 40+ 60 capsule bottle: if for any reason you are not satisfied with the 40+, request your refund within 60 days from the date of purchase by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It will help if you have your invoice. Otherwise your name and address will do.
Refund for the purchase of 40+ through our subscription service (continuous automatic monthly shipments): if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, to receive a full refund of the most recent charge to your account, within 60 days from the date of purchase (the date your credit card associated with your program membership was charged) request your refund by contacting us at email@example.com. A refund will be issued to the credit card on file that is associated with your program membership. Please note that a request for a refund will result in the cancellation of your membership in the subscription service for the product and we will cease all future automatic shipments.
Refund for the purchase of multiple packages of 40+ purchased at the same time: if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products, to receive a full refund, simply return all unopened and undamaged, sealed bottles or packages of 40+ you are not satisfied with back to MenoMe® at the address on our contact page. Please make sure your parcel is postmarked by the 60th day from your date of purchase and you have included your invoice, or your name and address, if you no longer have your invoice. MenoMe® will refund up to a maximum of three (3) products.
Refunds do not include freight.
We will process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving your claim.
