Free shipping thoughout New Zealand and Australia on all product orders valued $80 and over. Free shipping throughout New Zealand and Australia on all products purchased via a monthly subscription service.

Shipping in New Zealand

Meno-Me® uses New Zealand Couriers.

  • Dispatched same day if ordered before 2.30pm on a business day
  • Dispatched next business day if ordered after 2.30pm on a business day, on a public holiday or weekend.

  • Cost: FREE if product is purchased as a subscription or order value is $80 or more, ($4.50 – $5.50 for orders under $80 – depending on weight and size).

Please note:

  • NZ Couriers do not normally deliver to Rural, P.O. Box or Private Bag address. If your address falls in these categories your parcel will be sent via NZ Posts 3-4 day delivery service. Please supply the correct mailing address to ensure your parcel is delivered within a timely manner. Check your address here…
  • If it is likely you are not going to be home when the courier calls, when you place your order, please tell us if it is OK to leave the parcel and what to do with it (e.g. leave at back door if no-one home). If there are no instructions and you are not home when the courier calls a ‘card to call’ will be left.

Delivery to Australia

Meno-Me® uses New Zealand Post for international delivery.

  • Dispatched same day if ordered before 2.30pm on a business day
  • Dispatched next business day if ordered after 2.30pm, on a public holiday or weekend.

  • Cost: FREE if value of order is $80 or more. (approx $7.50 – $25.00 for orders under $80 – depending on weight and size)

Delivery

All ‘priority’ deliveries within New Zealand are by Courier and direct to your door. Please ensure when placing your order you advise us of any special delivery instructions, especially if you are likely to be away from home when the courier calls.

All international deliveries to Australia are by NZ Post to your mailbox

Any shortages or breakages must be reported to Meno-Me® within 24 hours, preferably by email and quoting your purchase details.

All items purchased from Meno-Me® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

2.1 Any order made via this site is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order we will accept the offer by confirming to you via email that we have received and are processing the order.

2.2 Your order will be delivered by NZ Couriers or NZ Post if NZ Couriers do not deliver to your address.

2.2.1 Priority shipping is tracked and you will be able to monitor the delivery progress of your order via NZ Couriers ‘Track & Trace’ service.

2.2.2 NZ Post shipping is un-tracked.

2.3 We will not be able to alter your order once the order confirmation email has been sent.

2.4 Please provide a daytime delivery address where somebody will be available to accept your order. Should this be a business address, please advise the business name or building name.

2.4.1 Gift Vouchers are a virtual product and delivered by email only

2.5 We will not courier to Private Bags, P O Box or Rural addresses – these will be sent via NZ Post 3-4 day delivery service

2.6 We can send orders internationally to Australia

2.7 Delivery charges include packaging, delivery within New Zealand and Australia only

2.7.1 If the Courier attempts to deliver an item to you that requires the recipients signature, and no-one is available to sign for the item, they will then leave a ‘card to call’ at the delivery address.

2.7.2 If you request your order to be left somewhere, meaning no signature for proof of delivery is obtained, we will not be liable for any claims.

2.8 Commencement of delivery

2.8.1 The free standard 2-3 business day delivery service commences from receipt of payment to New Zealand residents for orders with payment received before 2.30pm on weekdays. If your order is placed after 2.30pm on a business day, on a weekend or public holiday it will be processed the next business day.

2.8.2 The priority overnight delivery to most New Zealand destinations for orders with payment received before 2.30pm on business days. Delivery will be the next working day in your region. There will be charges for this service.

2.9 Freight Charges within New Zealand:

Priority (tracked, next business day, delivery) – $4.50 – $5.50.

2.10 Estimated Delivery Times

2.10.1 If we receive your email order confirmation before 2.30pm on a business day, your order should be sent the same day. However if your order is received after 2.30pm on a business day then it will be processed the following business day. A small number of orders may require extra processing time and will be dispatched the following business day. Your order may be delayed due to the following:

2.10.1.1 The item requested is currently out of stock;

2.10.1.2 Rural and some residential areas may take additional time;

2.10.1.3 Your credit card details are invalid;

2.10.1.4 Your billing address has been entered incorrectly;

2.10.1.5 The weekday is a public holiday.

2.11 International Freight charges (NZD)

2.11.1 We use NZ Post. Delivery is 3-10 working days, and Freight is charged by weight.

2.11.2 to Australia – $7.50 – $12.00 (NZD).

2.12 You may want to check with your local customs agent regarding duties and taxes as they vary depending on country.
